An investment adviser files a Form ADV describing its business, its fees, its conflicts of interest and its disciplinary history, and delivers a Form CRS client relationship summary to retail investors. Both become public documents.
Nemdhari LLC has not yet completed its adviser registration, so no Form ADV or Form CRS has been filed. When the filing is effective, both documents will be linked from this page and delivered to every prospective client before any agreement is signed.
Adviser filings are public. You can look up any adviser, and any individual adviser representative, on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site at adviserinfo.sec.gov, and on FINRA BrokerCheck. We encourage you to do so, for us and for anyone else you consider.
The SEC and FINRA provide free tools to research firms and financial professionals at investor.gov/CRS, which also offers educational material about investing and about what to expect from an adviser.
The intended arrangement is a flat fee, invoiced to the client and paid directly by them. Fees will not be deducted from client accounts, because we hold no custody and no authority over those accounts. The fee schedule and every conflict of interest it creates will be set out in full in Form ADV Part 2A.
