Last updated 12 September 2026

We collect as little as the work allows, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.

The public website

The public pages set no advertising or tracking cookies and run no third-party analytics. The web server keeps ordinary request logs, which include the requesting address and the page requested, for security and diagnostics. If you email us we keep the correspondence so we can answer it.

The client area

Access is by a one-time code sent to your email address, so there is no password for us to hold or for you to lose. Inside the client area we hold what advising you requires: your household and account details, the positions you upload, your employer's restricted list where it applies, the recommendations we make and the instructions you act on. Records are kept because an adviser is required to keep them.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by Nemdhari LLC and by the service providers that host and protect the site. It is not shared with anyone else except where the law or a regulator requires it, or where you ask us to share it. We do not have your broker credentials, and we cannot see or move your assets.

How it is protected

Traffic is encrypted in transit. The client area sits behind an identity check on every request. Client records are backed up to encrypted storage under our control.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to [email protected].

Clients receive the firm's full privacy notice at onboarding and annually thereafter, as Regulation S-P requires. This page describes the website and the client area.
